Synopsis:

Ten years have passed since the meteorite fell. Due to the effects of a mysterious particle called "Möbius Dust," released by a giant crystal, some children have gained a special ability known as "Rams." However, Rams only activates within the range that Möbius Dust reaches, and the children who possess this ability—known as "Rams Carriers"—are forbidden from leaving the town of Shinkatsushika. As if to vent their frustration at being unable to leave town, the Rams Carrier children have become absorbed in a team-based game that uses Rams to fight over territory. High schooler Araki is one of them; together with his younger sister Stella and his childhood friend Olga, he formed the team "Police Hopper," and the group spends night after night immersed in the game. Then, one day, Dr. Yuda, a researcher studying Rams, asks them to cooperate with a certain experiment. Araki and the others decide to take part—but that decision sets their fates into motion... A battle of superhuman abilities unfolds among the boys and girls who wield the power of Rams!
